Terms for booking with Radiance MedSpa.

Booking, changes & cancellations

Appointments, deposits, rescheduling, cancellations, no-shows, and any fees are handled by Radiance MedSpa under the policies it publishes at booking and in your confirmation. Please review those details before you book, and contact the business directly if plans change.

Your account & the information you provide

Please give accurate contact details so we can confirm and manage your visit, and keep any sign-in credentials to yourself. Use this site for genuine booking and account activity only. Let the business know right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Text message (SMS) consent

When you provide a mobile number on a booking form, Radiance MedSpa sends transactional texts — booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and check-in instructions — as the sender of those messages. Marketing or promotional texts are sent only if you separately opt in with a second checkbox.

• Stop anytime

  Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or START to opt back in. Message and data rates may apply.
• Your number stays private

  Your phone number is stored only when you consent to texts, and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Browser push notifications

Browser push is optional and needs your permission. Transactional push for bookings, reminders, and requested updates is separate from marketing push such as promotions and last-minute openings — you can keep transactional push on while turning marketing push off, and change either choice in My Account.

Services, availability, and these terms may change over time, and occasional maintenance or interruptions can happen. When these terms change, the current version is the one published here.
